Having being sacked as Chelsea manager he needs to know where it went wrong. Firstly we needed a proper right back like Dani Alves because too many goals have gone in - like the equaliser for Everton and other crucial goals.
The NEW Chelsea manager needs to know what to do next:
1.Get Neymar from Santos for a reasonable price- not 50 million!!
2.Snap up Dani Alves or Maicon for a reasonable price.
3.Find a suitable formation involving Torres and Drogba (Read my first post if you want to know more about Torres).
